I had a wonderfully efficient and friendly experience with service at Chapman Hyundai this week. Jamie was my advisor and handled my ABS fuse recall request quickly and professionally, from scheduling to ensuring the needed maintenance was completed. My vehicle was also checked for any other needed maintenance (there wasn’t any needed at this time) and was washed before I picked it up. Everything was done in the time predicted with no surprises. I couldn’t be more pleased with the treatment at Chapman and found all the people there to be extremely friendly and courteous. They also have a comfortable lounge with beverages and snacks as well.

We had a wonderful low pressure purchasing experience at Chapman Hyundai. Right when we pulled up we didn't get swamped by sales people like other dealerships.
