Purchased a 2025 Carnival SX Prestige Hybrid. I started with an online inquiry about inventory and pricing. Jacob got back to me promptly. After a few back and forths, we agreed on a deal. I drove 60 miles to Mission Viejo even though there are other Kia dealerships less than 10 miles away. Jacob was off on Sunday, so Ashley closed the deal with me. She was so friendly and professional. Please ask for her if you’re visiting the dealership. She’s good people. I also have to mention how professional and courteous the receptionist was. And their Coffee Bean branded espresso maker is bomb. I had a chai latte, a vanilla latte, and an espresso. The showroom was built recently (I think two years ago) so it’s modern and welcoming. If you get hungry, there’s an In-N-Out across the freeway. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Best experience by far in buying a new car! After issues with numerous Kia dealerships I inquired about the Kia Sorento X-Line SX Prestige AWD yesterday, 4/16 around 3pm. I was instantly contacted by Samantha in sales. We touched base, she confirmed the car was available. This car is hard to find and since I was coming from the IE, heading out to Mission Viejo was a drive, so she helped me over the phone to get as much completed as possible in advance. She told me exactly what to do step by step which was extremely helpful since I was pretty stressed from previous disasters. I drove out today, 4/17 and bought the car! It was ready for me when I got there. She was very accommodating and helpful every step of the way. She kept me informed of everything, didn’t hide anything and was straight forward upfront about everything. It was a nice change to only have dealt with one person thru the whole process rather than being tossed around to different people. Not only was my customer service experience impressive, but also the price of the car! Extremely competitive! They don’t mark up the prices by adding things you don’t want and make you pay for it. For those in the market, don’t play around with other dealerships, just come here, you won’t regret it…I didn’t!
