I hadn’t purchased a new vehicle in over 16 years, so I was understandably nervous. Throughout the entire process, Joseph Mathis made me feel comfortable and treated me like a priority. It genuinely felt like he wanted me to be happy with my purchase, not just make a sale. The signing process with finance was a little different than I expected, but overall it wasn’t too bad. I already had my own financing in place. Unfortunately, I can’t recall the finance representative’s name, but the interaction was short and very direct—definitely not as warm or welcoming as my experience with Joseph. Overall, despite a small difference in experience during financing, I would gladly recommend this dealership—especially working with Joseph Mathis—to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying process.
