Love this guy, David Fleming, who treats you like royalty EVERY time you come in. I get it that it's just another service appointment, however David makes it a "special occasion" every time! Want to have VIP service too? Just ask for this guy and he will make your day!! I have been to MANY Audi dealerships throughout the US and Audi of Grapevine has been the absolute best in customer service, hands down!!
