First I will start with .... Jose "Joseph" Martinez ! From my first phone call this very morning until us pulling out with our car, could never and have never had such an excellent experience. A leader is or appears to be as good as his soldiers and the soldiers will only be as good as their leader. In this case, we have a perfectly running oiled machine from the top down. The phone call at 9:02 am with Jose "Ill hold it for you " Boom, we role into Conover from Charlotte at 4pm. As soon as we get out of our car, Jose was there to greet us. Handed us the keys and said " take it for a spin". We did and we said " we will take it ". Jose took down all of our information and passed it to Don McGee. Another " Get it done " professional. Between the two, they did not miss a beat ! Aside from the car being in pristine condition to begin with, they took it, cleaned it even more, filled it with gas and had us gone in two hours, just as he said. I did not meet the owner but I will tell him this should I get the chance... " Do not lose these men and don't change a thing " Soldiers are only as good as their leader and the leader is only as good as his soldiers.
