First I will start with .... Jose "Joseph" Martinez ! From my first phone call this very morning until us pulling out with our car, could never and have never had such an excellent experience. A leader is or appears to be as good as his soldiers and the soldiers will only be as good as their leader. In this case, we have a perfectly running oiled machine from the top down. The phone call at 9:02 am with Jose "Ill hold it for you " Boom, we role into Conover from Charlotte at 4pm. As soon as we get out of our car, Jose was there to greet us. Handed us the keys and said " take it for a spin". We did and we said " we will take it ". Jose took down all of our information and passed it to Don McGee. Another " Get it done " professional. Between the two, they did not miss a beat ! Aside from the car being in pristine condition to begin with, they took it, cleaned it even more, filled it with gas and had us gone in two hours, just as he said. I did not meet the owner but I will tell him this should I get the chance... " Do not lose these men and don't change a thing " Soldiers are only as good as their leader and the leader is only as good as his soldiers. We are proud to say we found, trusted and did business with Jose " Joseph " Martinez and Don McGee at Trading Post Super Store in Conover North Carolina. I just purchased an SUV from this dealership today and can say I'm very pleased with this place and the service I received as well as the vehicle. To start, I drove in from out of state to pick up a SUV that I had called about the day before. That's how good I felt about the honesty of the person I spoke with over the phone and the condition of the vehicle / negotiated price. Avery was great! Seriously a top tier salesman. You could tell there was no candy talk or the pestering you get from most car salesmen. The OTD price was very fair and the quality of the car was also something to brag about. Super clean exterior and interior, ran well, with gas in the tank and clean oil. The whole process was seamless, affable, and professional. I think you can trust what you are buying here as well as the people. Which is so important when making a big purchase such as this. Every car on the lot appeared to be in great condition. You can tell they aren't selling any ole' piece of junk here. Cars are inspected before being put on the market and carfax are available as well. Pricing is the best I found even after searching Carmax and Carvana. I feel really good about this purchase and would even consider driving back to Trading Post should I ever need another car.
