Wow, I didn’t expect such good service. My salesperson Natalie Sells (That’s her real name) made me feel so welcome and made sure I got the best deal possible. She went way above and beyond what was expected. She answered all my questions, and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics. (Unlike the Lincoln dealer) I certainly would do business with her again. Many kudos to Natalie I did lease my new Cadillac from Genesis, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The team @ Genesis Cadillac could not have been more wonderful throughout the entire process of getting my new truck! It took a long time (15 months) to get the vehicle I wanted due to the specifications & customization I wanted but Natalie was awesome throughout the way in helping me get it and was very upfront every step of the way!
