2024 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi outlander from bill rapp and was overall very pleased with the experience. My sales guy was very helpful and friendly. Told him what I was looking for and he chose a very nice vehicle for me to test drive, which I then ended up purchasing. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because they advertise a $50 gift card for test driving a vehicle. I mentioned it probably 3 different times and nobody seemed to want to follow through with that offer. Not a huge deal, only $50 but still, I don't think they should advertise something if they are not going to honor it. Especially when I asked multiple people about it.

Excellent service top to bottom. Sam, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and personable. The finance team were exceptional to work with, and the service team installed a brand new tonneau cover within days of me ordering my new truck. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. In a time when purchasing a new vehicle is both expensive and intimidating, I felt as if I was treated like family.
