It was a welcoming experience from the moment I pulled in to get my vehicle serviced, until I left. I was greeted with a smile, when I went to the counter to get the specifics on my vehicle the lady (I forgot her name) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She also provided me with additional options for my service appointment. She escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the snacks and beverages that I had access to. As I waited for my vehicle every employee that passed by greeted me and I was kept abreast of the stages of my service appointment via text. Absolute wonderful experience from beginning to end. Ian, my sales representative truly made my experience phenomenal. From the warm welcome and spending hours at the beautiful facility, it felt like family at home. Ian listened to my vehicle needs and wants and found me the perfect new car. James, the Sales Manager was friendly, pleasant and welcoming and Mike the finance manager was outstanding with explaining the details of the contracts and numbers. Overall, one of the best care purchase experiences I've ever had. I will absolutely recommend friends and family. When the time comes, I will be back to purchase my next vehicle. Job well done.
