It was a welcoming experience from the moment I pulled in to get my vehicle serviced, until I left. I was greeted with a smile, when I went to the counter to get the specifics on my vehicle the lady (I forgot her name) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She also provided me with additional options for my service appointment. She escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the snacks and beverages that I had access to. As I waited for my vehicle every employee that passed by greeted me and I was kept abreast of the stages of my service appointment via text. Absolute wonderful experience from beginning to end.
