We had a great experience buying a vehicle at Holz! Brian was wonderful to work with. We had our own financing, but Danny was able to get us just a little bit better of a deal and was great as well. The whole process went smoothly, and we left very happy.
I had to tow my car to Holz because my local Chevy dealer couldn't get me on for almost 2 weeks. Holz got me in in 2 days and were sweet as pie about the whole thing. I delt with Nick in the service department and he was a great communicator. My future oil changes and check ups will be directly through them. Highly recommend ?
It was okay. Just wish there was a little more communication as to how far the vehicle was. Dropped it off mid week in the am by Friday no word. The following Tuesday finally getting an answer after multiple calls. Hopefully done by end of week. Friday before closing had heard nothing so following up again answer was hopefully Monday. Followed up Wednesday late afternoon (2 weeks since drop off) and vehicle was finished. So just a little more communication would be appreciated. I know we are all extremely busy but it's a customer service. Otherwise great people and place for sure and they do awesome work!
