Great dealership! Purchased my used f150 from them about a month ago and it has been a great truck. James, my salesman, was very friendly and worked with us to get the best deal he could. Bob in finance was very friendly as well and the whole process was very seamless. I would recommend them to anybody.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership when getting my car serviced. I even had to leave my vehicle overnight for a couple days, which usually causes me panic and requires me to have to find a vehicle in the meantime, but Dave took care of everything for me. I usually hate having to deal with service departments and am wondering what is going on with my car, but I was kept updated and my questions answered with kindness and patience. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I have felt on many occasions that I am treated differently in the world of vehicle repair because I am a female. Dave did not do that. Dave is a kind soul who treated me so well, even though I was stressed and anxious (due to past experiences) and I asked questions that probably didn't need to be asked. He took time to explain things to me, shared costs with me, and made me feel comfortable. He called me to let me know how things were going with my car and took care of my rental before I even had to ask, when an additional day was needed (thanks to slow shipping, not Suntrup's fault). He did not talk down to me, did not treat me differently than he would a male (I presume), but he did make me feel comfortable with the entire process. I will not be going anywhere else for any future service and should have trusted my gut in the first place when I was told I needed to go elsewhere. I have been to a couple other service departments in St Charles county and I never would say I had a positive experience before. Now I can say without a doubt that Suntrup service department is top notch!
