This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership when getting my car serviced. I even had to leave my vehicle overnight for a couple days, which usually causes me panic and requires me to have to find a vehicle in the meantime, but Dave took care of everything for me. I usually hate having to deal with service departments and am wondering what is going on with my car, but I was kept updated and my questions answered with kindness and patience.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I have felt on many occasions that I am treated differently in the world of vehicle repair because I am a female. Dave did not do that. Dave is a kind soul who treated me so well, even though I was stressed and anxious (due to past experiences) and I asked questions that probably didn't need to be asked. He took time to explain things to me, shared costs with me, and made me feel comfortable. He called me to let me know how things were going with my car and took care of my rental before I even had to ask, when an additional day was needed (thanks to slow shipping, not Suntrup's fault). He did not talk down to me, did not treat me differently than he would a male (I presume), but he did make me feel comfortable with the entire process.

I will not be going anywhere else for any future service and should have trusted my gut in the first place when I was told I needed to go elsewhere. I have been to a couple other service departments in St Charles county and I never would say I had a positive experience before. Now I can say without a doubt that Suntrup service department is top notch!

I don’t know the advisors name, but I do want to say it was a wonderful experience. I went in for an oil change and they rotated my tires without a charge. I was out in 45 minutes. Just wonderful!

Suntrup Buick GMC in St. Peters deserves 10 stars because 5 isn't enough. I have had the pleasure to work with their service department since March 2020. They also service my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado High Country. I have also had 1 repair on each vehicle as well. The service department is amazing!! They are personable and make my drop off and pick up a breath of fresh air. I normally work with Dave M., but also Hollie, Jennifer Lori, Kaitlin, and sometimes Tim. They are all equally enjoyed every time I come in there!!! I will be coming there in the future just based on owning 8 cars and this is BY FAR the best experience with a service department. Highly Recommend!!
