I thought it would be a few weeks but they were able to get my car the new transmission put in the very next day. We came from S.E. Mo to Auffenberg Kia of Shilo to purchase a vehicle for our daughter because of the inventory. We were not disappointed. Even tho I have family that works at Auffenberg Kia Cape Gage our sales rep was awesome!! He was in tune with our needs, wants, and budget. He was very well informed and knowledgeable about the inventory, and patient throughout the process. Lindsey our finance manger was just as great. The detail department did a speedy exceptional job. We have bought several new cars in our lifetime and this was by far the best experience we have had from start to finish. We will be back when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle.
