2019 Buick Encore Preferred

My husband & I were at Toyota Boerne for most of the day on Saturday. Not only did we walk out the a brand new Tundra but peace of mind that the staff had/ has our best interest at heart. Everyone was extremely kind & understanding. Our 9 year old was out front playing with his RC car & no one was upset. They were constantly asking us if we needed anything. I have always dreaded vehicle shopping. Now I will not go anywhere else. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Thank you all, specifically Rico & Aaron at Vic Vaughn Toyota Boerne. I saw a vehicle online and replied to the post since I was interested in the vehicle and what Toyota of Boerne could do for me I went in and was quickly met by the salesman who I was messaging on social media and quickly got everything started as we were starting up I noticed to my left hand on the showroom floor was like the vehicle I was looking into (Toyota Camry) this was a blacked out SE 2024 with only 13 miles my salesman made it happen!!!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO MARK HERNANDEZ!!! Thank you sir for doing your absolute best and putting me in a position of being a proud owner of a Brand new Toyota Camry SE 2024 I’m definitely in love with this vehicle for the right price! Mark definitely had the patience and determination to answer all my questions very cool person to work with! Also the management team was very welcoming and friendly altogether it was a great experience also had a big amount of help from the finance department Mr.Socrates Lopez he was really helpful to me. They gave me a wonderful deal. Mr. Snell (Ric) my salesperson was great. He took the time to explain all details. He had patience! The closer guy (Thor) also great! I recommend this dealership!! Best deal ever.
