I requested an additional fob for the my new Cadillac and Amy, Kyle and Brandon (in the service department) worked together to accommodate my request. Ryan was our salesman at Marhofer and he did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. The vehicle we bought ended up having only one remote and Ryan along with his manager Bobby set up a place to get a new one and covered the cost. We really appreciate that.
