2019 Buick Encore Preferred

We purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn from Autonation Volkswagen. Our sales person Jason was amazing. He was fun, no pressure, accommodating and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience and highly recommend Autonation Volkswagen. The showroom is very nice and all of the staff are very pleasant and make sure you are comfortable. Our finance person Gez was very quick with the paperwork and our experience was awesome. From the time we decided to purchase the vehicle, to the time of delivery, we were out in a little over an hour. The car was given a final clean up and was ready to roll. Love our new little car.

I was so pleased with the AutoNation Volkswagen Service Department. When I had shared that my battery was going out they had me come in as soon as possible and fix it immediately. Their customer service was outstanding, you could really tell they care about your satisfaction, which is extremely rare now days. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure I was happy with my overall experience and service.

When my wife and I read the reviews I have to say I was very nervous getting our car fixed here. I had already scheduled the appointment and we were driving there from out of town so we decided to keep the appointment. I was very hesitant and asked a lot of questions. BUT... From the moment I got there, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our car was under warranty and we had a strict 1 day time frame we needed the car done. They diagnosed and fixed both front ball bearings. We dropped our Atlas off Friday night and they had it fixed Saturday afternoon and did a great job communicating the status of the car. Everything was covered under our warranty and there were no extra costs. We have been driving the car the past few days and the car drives 100% better. The problem feels fixed.
