2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I had a LARGE list of items to check on my vehicle to prepare for winter, along with the oil and filter change, which was the primary reason for the visit (did mention the list when I made the appointment). They checked / took care of EVERYTHING I needed and also informed me of any upcoming items I would need to prepare for. Vehicle was ready before the estimated time. Customer Service is always great!

Kelly is a fantastic sales person and very personable!!! Her response was quick and efficient even while showing me how to navigate all the bells and whistles including the shortcuts!!!! I would recommend Young Chevy GMC to anyone. I contacted Kelly at Young's looking for a new vehicle. I am a busy mom who's schedule doesn't mix well with my husband's so we didn't have a lot of time to shop around. She did exactly what I needed and wanted her to do and did the shopping around for me. She saved me a bunch of time and found a vehicle that fit well for my family and my budget.
