I had a LARGE list of items to check on my vehicle to prepare for winter, along with the oil and filter change, which was the primary reason for the visit (did mention the list when I made the appointment).  They checked / took care of EVERYTHING I needed and also informed me of any upcoming items I would need to prepare for.  Vehicle was ready before the estimated time.
