Pulling into a climate controlled garage was a pleasant surprise. Everything was immaculate. I was promptly greeted and ushered inside to work with Ed Swift. Ed was welcoming, polite, capable, etc. He was everything you want in a customer service role. And the little velvet bag of chocolates when I picked up my car was a very nice touch. Sometimes the simple things are what bring a smile to a customer’s face.
