Happy 2024. I visited New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him very customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction. Me and my fiancé came in nervous due to the fact we were first time buyers and never financed a vehicle before. Despite us being so timid, John and Pete made us feel welcomed and walked us through every step of the way! We walked out with a nice and reliable 2012 Honda Civic Coupe!
