Happy 2024. I visited  New Gen Auto in July 2023. I went to several car lots and came across this one. I met with John. I found him  very  customer friendly, patient and honest. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape from him August 1, 2023. In addition, I purchase an extended warranty. John was great throughout the whole transaction. I waited to submit my review because I just wanted to see how things would go with the vehicle going forward. It's Jan 15, 2024 its almost 6 months since I had the vehicle and ALL is going very WELL. New Gen defies what you hear about used car dealerships. John was very helpful and upfront. When I wasn't sold on what I originally went to look at, he pointed out a RAM 2500 that he thought I would want. I realized on the test drive he was right.
