2023 Buick Encore GX Select

1st time at a Chevy dealership. Took my C8 there for oil change. Great experience even spoke with a sales guy and bought some raffles to support a local group.

My experience at Thomas Chevy (Media location) could not have been better. They had on the lot, the exact car I was looking for. Additionally, the price was fair, and the process was quick and easy. However, what really made the experience a 5+ star was the customer experience. I dealt with Chris from the first email inquiry. Chis even scheduled a call with me to introduce himself and the dealership before my scheduled appointment. He took the time to go over all of the vehicles features, and even called me later in the day when he saw my son driving the brand-new car. Truly exceptional customer experience. I highly recommend Thomas Chevy in Media.

I bought my car here as a CPO from this dealership back in 2021, Mo was very nice, explained everything in detail about the car and gave me great recommendations. My husband brings his Corvette to this dealership for all of its services, and I have continued to get all of my work done here as well. I’ll be honest, I don’t know too much about cars, and I’m still a newer driver- BUT Jack is a great technician. Whether he was hands on personally with my car or just supervised the work, he ALWAYS takes the time to explain what service was done to fix a problem and why, or gives me his honest word on what might need fixed later down the road. Thankfully, my car is feeling great right now, but next time I’m in I’ll definitely be seeing if i can request Jack! Great guy!
