Initially when I walked into the dealership no one tried to assist me, one guy even had his feet up on the desk although we made eye contact. Other than when I initially walked in, I had a fantastic buying experience with Edwards Chevrolet. I first spoke with Lee House, the Inventory Manager, as I was deciding between two vehicles one being another dealership in Birmingham. Lee was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He even assisted me after hours. Lee is a very honest salesman and he delivered on his promise. Additionally I worked with Hayden Drew as well, he was fantastic, he ensured that before I left the dealership I was fully set and also ensured that I had the appropriate contacts just in case I needed additional assistance in the future. I also worked with Finance Manager Matt Lamb. It was a pleasure to work with him, he ensured that I received the right information regarding warranties etc. I would highly recommend Edwards Chevrolet and I would also highly recommend requesting Lee House or Hayden Drew.

We shopped for weeks and visited several dealers prior to purchasing at Edwards Chevrolet. Jenna House was our salesperson and she did a great job. The truck we wanted was in transit. We went over the details on the phone and she called us as soon as it landed. We got a great deal and an excellent rate. Matt did a great job with the paperwork and warranty. Jenna and Lee helped us get the app set up and answered questions about all the truck’s features. Everyone here has fun and enjoys their job. From the internet inquiry to driving off with the truck it was a top notch experience. I highly recommended this dealer.
