Initially when I walked into the dealership no one tried to assist me, one guy even had his feet up on the desk although we made eye contact. Other than when  I initially walked in, I had a fantastic buying experience with Edwards Chevrolet. I first spoke with Lee House, the Inventory Manager, as I was deciding between two vehicles one being another dealership in Birmingham. Lee was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He even assisted me after hours. Lee is a very honest salesman and he delivered on his promise. Additionally I worked with Hayden Drew as well, he was fantastic, he ensured that before I left the dealership I was fully set and also ensured that I had the appropriate contacts just in case I needed additional assistance in the future.

I also worked with Finance Manager Matt Lamb. It was a pleasure to work with him, he ensured that I received the right information regarding warranties etc.

I would highly recommend Edwards Chevrolet and I would also highly recommend requesting Lee House or Hayden Drew.

Buddy was awesome, as he was willing to work out a deal with me over the phone to fit my schedule, not being in the Birmingham area.
