2023 Buick Encore GX Select

We've both had our share of less than stellar salespeople and dealerships. Not here! Kevin was patient with our many questions, even the ones no one had ever asked before (LOL!). He worked quickly and efficiently with respect to our time and schedule. He kept his word on all of the details we asked him to check on and followed up accordingly, even driving 45 minutes to take the car for a quick rim touch-up that couldn't be done before the close of the sale. He was calm and easy to talk to and attentive throughout the entire experience. Buying a car from this dealership was painless, and Kevin will treat you with respect. You won't be sorry!

Well,you have the best snacks!! Honestly while we waited we watched and were amazed how polite Jeff and ?Peter aka new daddy.From one irritated customer that was rude but kindly helped until he said sorry I was upset,to answering and making the constant phone calls for car pick up and making appointments.I hope these guys are well paid because they truly are remarkable and in my opinion over worked.We certainly will come there again for service.And to buy or lease another car. Charley also took the time to sit in our car while I had a few questions and he kindly answered all my questions and showed me how to correct it..Thank you to all.

They have the BEST SELECTION OF CHEVY, GMC AND BUICK TRUCKS AND SUVS AT THIS LOCATION!!!! 5 stars for the dealership, the team and the vehicles!!!! No I did not get a “gift card” or “compensated” for this review! A few years ago North End Motors in Canton, MA offered me a $50 gift card for my review….and I regret it! The vehicle had so many issues and they could not find our GAP agreement on record. Biggest mistake I made….but this dealership and all the employees deserve all the positive reviews they can get!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
