2023 Buick Encore GX Essence

Just visited this company for the first time today and they were all so exceptionally helpful. Vargas was my sales rep and he and I had a really good time chatting it up. He was attentive, upbeat and a true fresh of breath air. I got the Mazda CX 5 carbon edition turbo with a red interior that I thought looked incredible. When he saw the car I wanted, he was just as impressed as he hadn't seen that interior and how beautifully designed by Mazda it was either. It definitely was giving more "luxury" brands a run for their money. We both geeked and fawned over it for sometime and it was good to get someone else's first impression with me! There was also a really awesome uhm paper handling guy there as well who has a REALLY cool name that has escaped meeee. Daaaarrnn ?? He was also really chill and really helped me understand a lot of the signing jargon as well as get me at a price and interest rate that i was comfortable with. Can't say enough good things! 10/10 would buy a Mazda CX 5 carbon edition turbo in red interior with them again! Photo taken of a really happy camper by Vargas!! Went looking for a new suv for my wife a few weeks ago. We got in touch with Lou and he was great from start to finish, it was honestly the most pleasant experiences in all of our vehicles purchases. Lou made everything easy, answered all of our questions went on multiple test drives and was very straightforward with the numbers, no hidden numbers or fees! Lou and Colton took a excellent care and time to get the best deal. We walked out with a 26 Tahoe. Last week I went back and picked up a 26 Silverado Redline. Again Lou and Charlie took care of me, Lou did so much work on the numbers over the phone and I came in the next day signed and drove home in a new truck! Everyone was very pleasant and friendly! Again the most pleasant purchases in a long time!

First time bringing my new vehicle in for service. The representative Steve was very courteous, friendly and professional. While I was waiting in the waiting room, any employee who passed me asked if I was ok or needed anything. My salesman Anthony saw me and came over to say hello, asked me how might car was which I thought was nice. Great staff. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They had my car out in a hour as they stated, perfect. I am very satisfied with Ferman Chevrolet and highly recommend them to family and friends.
