My sales rep was great. He made the experience very easy from start to finish. I would have given it 5 stars but there were two things listed on the vehicles key features (online) that ended up not being on the vehicle. It was 2 features that I wanted and did not realize until the next day after I purchased the SUV. Online the features stated the vehicle had a power lift gate and blind spot monitoring. After getting the vehicle home it does not have either feature in which I was very disappointed on.
The Byers Service team did an outstanding job and was able to cover an engine repair under warranty because I was able to get it in before it passed the 50k mark. Additionally they were very courteous and arranged Lyft rides for me to the garage and back which was a huge logistical help for me on the day of the repairs. I highly recommend them
Bobby was prompt to respond to me about what was happening with my vehicle and the entire staff was courteous and respectful. They accurately diagnosed my vehicle and completed the repair. So much better than Germain. I will most definitely return.
