2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 AWD

Kristina in the service team was awesome! The office is currently under construction and extremely chaotic, but despite the environment, Kristina made the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. She organized Lyft’s to take me to/from home, and kept me informed via text and phone throughout the process. I would highly recommend MB of Hanover for service if Kristina was my advisor again!

So I see some pretty negative reviews and some positive. My car was repaired because of a recall, and while I wasn’t happy with the loaner situation they did have my car ready in two days .. towed it from my home… and it did not cost me a dime…Kristina W was amazing … Could not ask for better customer service… If you go there for service request her ..Overall, the experience was positive and I’m a pretty critical reviewer.????. Ty !
