2021 Polestar 2 Pilot Plus

I had the most wonderful experience with Romeo Kia of Kingston! I was greeted warmly by sales representative Martha Figueroa, who is such a lovely and genuine human being. I immediately felt very comfortable with her as she explained my options in obtaining a new vehicle. She also gave me a nice tutorial on my new car's features and how to operate it. By the time I left, I felt as if we were family! It was also a pleasure to meet Daniel in Finance, as well as several other kind staff members. I've purchased new vehicles before (Honda, Nissan), but this was definitely the most pleasant experience I ever had. Dutchess Kia is actually closer to my house (I live in Poughkeepsie), but something was calling me to Romeo. Now I understand what. It was worth the drive! I highly recommend Romeo Kia of Kingston and, in particular, Martha Figueroa as a sales agent. This is my first ever Google review, which is another testament to how much I enjoyed this experience! And I love my new Kia Soul! ??????

The experience was top notch all the way.when we got there we were greeted by Ryan Layton who listened to our needs and kept us in the price range we wanted.He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the Kia Forte we ended up buying, we walked in there thinking we would only be able to get a used car but Ryan worked his magic and we drove out in a 2024 Kia forte GT. I would highly recommend Romeo Kia,Ryan was exceptional( he even showed me a picture of his baby swans) The financial team especially Eddy was also exceptional. A pleasurable experience from beginning to end Thanks Ryan!!!

I had the best experience at Kia for my first time! All of the staff was amazing and made me feel so welcome! Alex was my sales person and he was very helpful and accommodating, it made my experience soooo worth it and I am so happy with my purchase! If you are looking for a new car or a great sales person, definitely go to Kia and ask for Alex!
