2018 Buick Envision Essence AWD

I had a wonderful experience at Patriot. The team was absolutely amazing and so hard working! However, Jenna E. Was the star of the show! She was absolutely brilliant. She helped me through getting my car, she walked me through the steps and explained everything. This is my first time getting a car completely by myself and I was a little worried of the process, but she made it so easy! I highly recommend going to her! Oh not to mention the benefits you get from the company when you buy a car here! The last time I bought a car from a dealership it was a terrible experience, which created a lot of anxiety to decide to get another one from a different place. The atmosphere was just amazing from the first step inside. I do truly highly recommend this place. I got a 2021 jeep compass, and it’s absolutely amazing. It was so clean, smelled so good, drove awesomely, and it’s so COMFY! THANK YOU!!!

I went with my mom to help her through the car buying process, because she was really nervous. We were fortunate enough to be helped by my former student Samuel Martin. He’s such a wonderful young man. He knows his vehicles and definitely made my mom feel more at ease and made the process less stressful than she thought it would be. I’m so happy with how everything went today and I’m happy that my mom is excited about her new vehicle. It’s a big update for her, she loves it! Thank you Sam, From Lilly and Candace!

This week my husband and I decided to purchase a new, reliable car for my Mom. We visited Patriot Hyundai in Bartlesville and a young man named Chandler Ellis came out to greet us. He was extremely friendly and honest (which isn’t the most common trait among the car sales people I’ve previously dealt with) and if he didn’t know the answer, he asked for the correct answer. I told them what we needed and where we wanted to be in price, and I was very “no nonsense” about it. He took it all in stride and they found us exactly what we wanted, at the price I was willing to pay. Apparently we were his first car sale and it went wonderfully!! I absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re thinking about purchasing a new car and especially a Hyundai. I’m new to the Hyundai family as I just purchased a Palisade for myself a few weeks ago and yesterday we purchased the Tucson for my Mom. I never thought I’d own a Hyundai but I have absolutely no complaints and the interest rates on my new cars just can’t be beat!! Well done Patriot, Chandler, and Hyundai!
