Scott is service has been taking great care of me and my vehicle since 2012. He recommends needed services (I have over 273,000 miles) and had an honest chat with me about future repairs due to the age and mileage. He never pressures me only guides. When I told him I wanted a new Terrain but don't like the gear shifter he recommended I look at Acadia or hold for 2025 Terrain as he drove that and it didn't have the button shifter.
I just purchased a new 2024 GMC Canyon from Goldstein Buick GMC in Albany, NY. My sales associate was Nick Coli - I met him a few months back when I inquired about available inventory. He has a quiet, polite and professional demeanor without nagging or pressuring buyers. He had clear communication, knowledge of the model I was interested in, and was willing to assist me with various options I had questions about. Finally, a few models with the options I wanted showed up on the lot, and I was trying to decide which color. I left and told him I would think about which one. Nick took the initiative and sent me some videos of the different trucks to help me decide. This was the ultimate factor in me selecting the color I bought. :) If you are looking to purchase a Buick or GMC in the Capital Region, stop in and see Nick!
