He recommends needed services (I have over 273,000 miles) and had an honest chat with me about future repairs due to the age and mileage.  He never pressures me only guides.  When I told him I wanted a new Terrain but don't like the gear shifter he recommended I look at Acadia or hold for 2025 Terrain as he drove that and it didn't have the button shifter.
