I had the pleasure to get helped by Serene Dong she is absolutely incredible! I asked her so many questions and she answered every single one of them very briefly in a way I understood and had enough clarity. She asked all right questions and took the time to find out what we looking for in an our new future car. She showed us multiple options and allow to test drive. My friend was looking for a 2014 Seltos We had been treated very badly by Classic Kia in Waukegan Zack treated us with the dignity and respect we deserved. He stayed past closing til 9:30 pm on Thursday night. We bought a car on Saturday morning. He was able to get her a great car at a price she could afford. He was able to get the color and trim she wanted! There were some hiccups along the way just like any time you buy a car. I highly recommend them. Especially if you do your homework ahead of time!
