2020 Jaguar E-PACE P300 R-Dynamic S

I truly loved this dealership. I recently switched from an Audi to a Jaguar and this was my first appointment at the dealership. Needless to say the service was impeccable. I have been to many luxury dealerships but this one was different. Jaguar of Solon is amazing!! Milton and the entire crew were so accommodating, attentive, and friendly!! The car we purchased is just as advertised, there were no surprises except they surprised my 11 month old daughter with her very own Jaguar ???? ( see pictures). Thank you for a great experience!!

First off I'd like to speak to the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Ken Webb. Without going into details about the dilemma I faced deciding on a vehicle, I will say that as soon as I found the PERFECT vehicle for me (Mercedes Benz), Ken worked diligently to make the deal happen!! He kept in touch with me every step of the way and even came in on his off day to wrap everything up and see me drive off the lot, totally ecstatic. I was offered beverages and his calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety when I ran into an issue with insurance. When I left my garage opener in my trade in, Ken met me at a convenient location so that I could retrieve it. Ken has a customer FOR LIFE, simply for showing me excitement, gratitude and warmth during this process. Not to mention, it only took an hour to sign the paperwork and get my plates switched over.
