First off I'd like to speak to the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Ken Webb. Without going into details about the dilemma I faced deciding on a vehicle, I will say that as soon as I found the PERFECT vehicle for me (Mercedes Benz), Ken worked diligently to make the deal happen!! He kept in touch with me every step of the way and even came in on his off day to wrap everything up and see me drive off the lot, totally ecstatic. I was offered beverages and his calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety when I ran into an issue with insurance. When I left my garage opener in my trade in, Ken met me at a convenient location so that I could retrieve it.
