I purchased a 2010 Ford Raptor and the customer service Steve provided surely exceeds customer service standards. I saw the truck online, didn’t go see it, didn’t test drive it since I’m in California. Asked Steve to take video of the truck and its entirety. When he did that, I knew I wanted to buy it, did the whole transaction online, from start to finish all the way until I received my vehicle here in California. When I test drove it after the fact I purchased it, I knew I made the right choice. No sales pressure to buy, no gimmicks. Never ever met Steve face to face but he was very customer service oriented, very friendly and professional. Would definitely buy another vehicle from here. Thanks Steve.
