Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury not only met my expectations but exceeded. I immediately felt like family if not royalty. ????I recently relocated to Maryland and did not bring my vehicle with me. Colin, one of the most personable and professional young man I have had the pleasure of meeting and chatting it up with :) picked me up at my home.. delivered me to the front door of the dealership where my sales person Jackson Berger immediately walked out to greet me. My entire experience was Top Shelf. Everyone at the dealership, GM included treated me as an old friend. When it comes to financial and insurance management.. Robin Farley is truly the (G.O.A.T.) Folks. This dealership really does give new meaning to the car buying experience. I did my research on what vehicle I wanted to purchase however, had no idea all it's wonderful features and functionality. Jackson my (Sales Friend) worked with me until my comfort level was met. No one ever made me feel embarrassed or treated me as if I was an inconvenience. When doing my homework I reached out to a couple different dealerships in Maryland as well as Virginia. Jackson promised me he would earn my business..he did just that..hands down and did not under deliver. Thank You to the entire Mercedes-Benz of Salisbury Team for treating me like Family and not... just a Customer. The service department is excellent; all of the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I've been taking my 2020 Sprinter there for 3 years. It's an RV so I have it serviced more frequently than I would my car so I'm there 2-3 times a year. I love their garage-cam—you can see what's going on while you wait. Whoever thought of that idea gets a gold star. Lots of free snacks, free shuttle, and comfortable waiting areas.

Paul G. and team are always a pleasure to see and deal with. They take care of me and my Range Rover when I’m in and always on top of service! If there is anything needed in addition to what I come in for, they will let me know before doing the work to ensure I not only know of the issue, but any parts and pricing as well. At each service completion, they always return my car to me fresh, clean and smelling great! Will always do business with them ???? thank you Paul and Team! ??????
