He was knowledgable, friendly and easy going. Ford Store San Leandro is one dealer I can highly recommend. My 2024 Maverick had a recall. I called the dealership and arranged the Mobile Service that they offered. Making an appointment with Felecia was not a problem. My Service Tech Jose arrived on schedule. He was very professional and explained in detail the work that was being done.
