Mark's demeanor was professional, upfront, knowledgeable, courteous , inviting and very personable. We are currently not in the market for a new purchase but because of Mark's attention, pleasant attitude and kindness we will surely consider purchasing from Audi ?Grapevine. We had an issue with a recall on our Audi and Mark scheduled the appointment, made sure we would have a loaner vehicle and exceeded expectations by getting our vehicle back to us prior to the allotted time frame. Absolutely amazing!! We traded in cars and bought two, our situation was complicated! Jake made every single step of the process insanely easy! We never felt stress about a single thing!
