Yesterday morning, I emailed asking about the availability of a CPO SUV, which I was in the market for. Steve Kowal emailed me very quickly, letting me know it was available and asking if I had questions. We communicated very efficiently via email most of the day to confirm both my trade-in value and the price and features of the car. It was important that we had agreements in place as it was an hour drive to the dealership for us to make the purchase. Upon arrival, we met Steve, drove the car, and worked out the final paperwork. Steve was very professional and ensured the process was as smooth as possible. We got a good value for our trade and Raheem provided us a FABULOUS tutorial on our new car with all its technology and features. And then there was Ms. Phyllis who was our finance manager.
