Hands down one of the smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased few BMW’s before and this is my first time buying a merc. I've purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and have since grown accustomed to dreading the typical "dealership experience" but this entire experience blew me away. I live in San Diego, but was introduced to Cody through a mutual friend in Palm Springs. I was looking for an extremely specific spec and had a limited timeline to find it. Emergency Stop feature was not functioning properly. MB ordered a new steering wheel from Germany and after installation and adjustments, our GLC300 now runs better than ever. The whole process took 3 days of which a loaner car was provided. Unexpectedly, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to Jenna for keeping me updated on progress and for getting this done.
