Got my new car from Benzel and Busch. Joanne is patient, responsive, professional, and yet very personable. I put down the deposit and factory ordered the GLE in April/May when dealer started to take orders for the new model year. Since then, it was then a very, very long process from MSRP release, option changes, allocation confirmation, production schedule, and so on. Although there were few hiccups, Joanne was always there for me (email, text, and call) to answer my questions, modify my build, and provide me with updates on the car. I finally collected my new car last week. Couldn't be happier when saw it in person. This is my first purchase from Joanne and B&B since I moved here, surely I can see myself come back again.
