I had the best experience today purchasing my new Outlander! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and this dealership. I inquired about a vehicle online and promptly received a call from Sarah. She listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and told me she had the perfect fit. She texted a link with information about the vehicle. I then received a call from Nick, the manager. We talked numbers, and he set up an appointment for me to visit. I went in to test drive the car and was greeted by Mr. Chris. He had the vehicle cleaned up and pulled to the front of the store. Two hours later I left with a new car and a great deal. I drove past other, closer Mitsubishi dealerships because the staff at Riverside was helpful without being pushy. I want to preface this review with the fact that i am a notoriously difficult customer when buying cars , I’m extremely firm on my price points do a bunch of research on market trends - vehicle depreciation and i was extremely wowed by the team at riverside , they met me in the middle on the vehicle pricing , offered a very fair trade in offer and fought to get my wife and i the best rate they could with a smile on their faces , this dealership has great inventory for a lot its size and the team wants to really help you leave happy and satisfied , i worked with every level of leadership from our salesman Drew to the finance manager Brett and the General sales manager Nick today and everyone went above and beyond. Brett is the man to go to here! What a wonderful experience! He was super helpful without being pushy, he really made sure everything went smoothly. Brett went above and beyond and deserves the highest of praises. He got to know us and our family and felt like a friend, not a salesman. I went to a few other places first, but here is where I felt like they actually cared. The rest of the staff was so kind and courteous as well, even gave my little one snacks and played with him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
