This was my first experience with MB of Cary, as I tend to do my own maintenance most of the time. But I must say, it was one of the better dealership service experiences I've had. From the initial help on the phone (parts and service), to dropping the car off and them providing a Lyft ride back home, to the quality of the work done and customer service experience throughout. I hope not to need their services again any time soon but at least I know my car and I both are in good hands if I do.

I had an awesome experience at MB-Cary purchasing my 23 Volkswagen. I contacted Jeremiah and he went into the database. Found me some options he thought i would like. We talked about them. He gave me some great information on each. I made a selection. I came in , he had the car on site for me to look at and to test drive.
