This was my first experience with MB of Cary, as I tend to do my own maintenance most of the time. But I must say, it was one of the better dealership service experiences I've had. From the initial help on the phone (parts and service), to dropping the car off and them providing a Lyft ride back home, to the quality of the work done and customer service experience throughout. I hope not to need their services again any time soon but at least I know my car and I both are in good hands if I do.

I had an awesome experience at MB-Cary purchasing my 23 Volkswagen. I contacted Jeremiah and he went into the database. Found me some options he thought i would like. We talked about them. He gave me some great information on each. I made a selection. I came in , he had the car on site for me to look at and to test drive. Overall great car buying experience. Elizabeth was amazing! She was very kind and not aggressive in her approach. From the very beginning she asked me the right questions and took the time to find out exactly what i was looking for and wanted in a car. When test driving she was very thorough and informative on the vehicle but especially the safety features which is top priority for me . She showed me multiple options of the model i was interested in ,but i was sold on my first choice. This was my second Mercedes Benz purchase but my first with this dealership and by far the best experience. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team for your next car purchase.

The third year I have had my 2014 smart Passion serviced at this dealership and I am SO thankful that this Mercedes dealer continues to service smart cars. There are three smart certified techs on staff, and my little guy has never been serviced anyplace other thana Mercedes dealership. It is well worth the 6-hr round trip and cost to have confidence that my vehicle (and my safety) is in the hands of an expert!!
