The service was excellent aside from the woman that checked me out. I wanted to ask the mechanic that handled my repairs a question about one of the services that was recommended and first refused to call for him then finally agreed to in a very rude manner. Other than that everyone was so friendly and helpful so it really surprised me.

Jorge and his manager Mike were very knowledgeable and spent almost the entire day to answer questions and show us how to drive our new EV VW ID4. So far we love the car. This is great dealership!

Wendy was really helpful and kept me updated throughout the process! She also valued my customer loyalty by giving me a one-time exception on a warranty, which really helped me out! So glad I'm a part of this VW!
