Best service you can get in town, started coming here years ago with recommendation from a great friend (has used them for nearly a decade) and I’ve never had a single complaint. Fantastic service, helpful and personable staff, great place to get some work done while your vehicle is serviced, and always fairly priced. Fast forward to this morning. I somehow managed to have my wedding band fly off my finger, one week into marriage, and it bounces off my dash and decided to slide behind the dash between the windshield and panel. I quickly realize it’s not a small space but it actually goes all the way down behind the dash and i can’t seem to fish it out. I called my go to service rep, Brian, and he immediately tells me to come right in and they’ll figure it out. With the help from David, their lead tech, rather than a $2k and 2 day process to disassemble to entire dash, they’re able to take a couple panels off and use an air compressor to get my band out. No fees associated, just a couple laughs and a reminder to get my ring sized from David. Can’t thank these guys enough for saving me. Appreciate all that you do!

It was a great experience with the BMW team, I highly recommend this dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Luis my Client adviser, from the moment I reached out to him until I picked up my new vehicle he was so helpful and he answered our questions, thank you so much, Luis, I and my family are enjoying our car ????
