I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships in the past. Well I must say, we had an AMAZING experience with BMW of Ocala! He was not only polite and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable in both the process and the vehicle we had chosen. Cesar Estrada my sales rep was exceptional, very hands on, communication was 10/10 keeping me involved during the entire process, especially being an Out of state buyer in NJ. The distance was never an issue! He sent me multiple videos of the car, doing detailed walk throughs explaining features, etc. Christina on the finance side was very helpful as well. Informative during the entire process I would absolutely recommend and do business with them again, very professional from front desk, to sales, to finance Cesar is a rockstar!
