I was fortunate to get a same day appointment last week for a mishap with my BMW x3M . I received the message to add oil immediately because it was at the minimum level. I was overdue for the maintenance visit and hence the above message. Ci made certain that I was using the correct oil, but added it to another oil reservoir, NOT the oil reservoir. The oil was brimming because no additional oil was needed. Quickly made a call to Bert Smith BMW service department and Vinny realized what I had done and directed me to remove the added oil, then come immediately to have it flushed. While there he made room for my regular maintenance visit. Great job once again, also ran into bother Mike Fors and Cameron Brown, my car salesman. Always a pleasure to see Mike Ford! Thankful for the quick response to my mishap! Bert Smith BMW always delivers!

This is the first time I have purchased a car in another state without actually seeing it in person, which can be a bit intimidating. .
